I ordered from nelcotl.com and overall it was solid. It wasn’t anything super fancy or that kind of thing, but for what I paid, I really can’t complain. The whole process was clear enough, and it did what I needed it to do. This did take a little longer than I was hoping, so I’d give it 4 stars...

As someone who’s careful about paying bills on time, this was really frustrating. The payment page kept failing every time I tried to use it, and because of that, I ended up getting hit with a late fee. I don’t mind paying what I owe, but it’s annoying to be charged extra when the issue was with the site.

They did respond, so points for that, I guess. The replies just weren’t very clear, which made figuring things out way more fun than it needed to be.

The restroom could’ve used more attention though, and I did notice some dust and little bits of trash in a few corners. Maybe I’m just a bit picky about that stuff, but it kind of felt like the cleaning had been done in a hurry.

For a quick visit, it was okay, and I wouldn’t say it ruined my experience. I just think they could stay on top of the small cleaning details a little better. I’d give it 3 stars.
